These Terms govern your use of StatTracker AF(the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account and use the Service. The Service is for adults — coaches, team organizers, and parents or guardians — not for children to use directly.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Your responsibilities for the data you enter
If you are a coach or organizer, you are responsible for the information you enter about players and others, including having the authority and any consent needed to collect and share it. You agree to record information about minors only where you are permitted to do so, and to handle it consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
Sharing game links
The Service lets you share a public link to a game. If you share such a link, you are choosing to make that game’s scoreboard and play-by-play viewable by anyone who has the link. Share responsibly.
Availability and changes
We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may suspend or end the Service. We are not liable for interruptions, and you are responsible for keeping your own copy of any data you need — you can export a team’s data from the Team page.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and StatTracker AF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your team’s data from the Team page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above; your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
